On your first visit to our office, you'll  be asked to fill out some forms which help us gain information about you.  Dr. Evans will then consult with you and ask you some specific questions with regards to your health.  After a thorough consultation, together we will assess where you are.  This may include checking your ability to turn and bend as well as other neurologic, postural, and physical assessments.   At the conclusion of your first visit, you will schedule your report of findings and reserve your seat for the wholeness talk.
